Our mission does not end with when mediating to obtain the best insurance coverage and terms, in fact, it starts from the moment the policy is issued and does not end until policy comes to an expiry. Our services include the processing of claims on behalf of our clients. This starts from the moment the customer informs us of an accident or loss. We prepare and submit a loss notification to the insurance company and follow up with the appointed loss adjuster. We handle all relevant documents, negotiate settlement and keep the client informed of progress. we endeavor to and achieve secure optimal compensation as quickly as possible. Part of our services includes preparing periodic statistics of losses incurred by the client and using use them as part of the data base relating to client’s portfolio when renewing the account  and or affecting new insurance contracts
